Jay grew up in rural Butler County and is a nearly 20-year veteran of the broadcasting industry. He brings a diverse set of skills and a broad world view to Kansas Farm and Ranch Radio.
After earning his journalism degree from Wichita State University, Jay has worked in radio and television all across the United States. His experience in a number of areas will help grow the reach and message of the Kansas Farm and Ranch Radio Network. Jay’s area of focus will be covering Central and Eastern Kansas as well as statewide politics.
Jay and his wife are the proud parents of five children and reside in Reno County.
