K-State Research and Extension has been working diligently throughout the pandemic to still reach out to their communities and provide valuable resources as we navigate through this interesting time. Talking with Golden Prairie Extension Agent, Taylor Ziegelmeier, she’s done just that in Trego County.

Simply Produce is a program that teams up K-State Research and Extension alongside local grocery stores to provide produce boxes to community members. This produce is not damaged or distorted – just fresh produce for you and your family in a conveniently packaged box for a reasonable price. This program has helped local grocery stores, as well as making it a convenient one-stop shop for local community members.

Taylor’s Simply Produce information can be found here! You can also find Taylor on Facebook.
